Workplace reviews and discussion: 亞馬遜環球行銷股份有限公司

The company location is easy to get to.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and the area is lively.

I interviewed there twice at different times.

Both times, I first completed the paperwork and then waited a long time, only to be interviewed for about five minutes before being asked to leave.

To be honest, I don't think this shows respect for interviewees, especially since I took a train across county lines specifically to attend the interview.

Perhaps my qualifications didn't match what the company was looking for, but if so, was inviting me to interview again simply a waste of the applicant's time?

Spending only five minutes also suggests that they had no intention of getting to know the applicant in the first place!

Anyone planning to interview there may want to take this into consideration.

Oh, and one more thing: almost all of the employees there, including the supervisors, are women. Whether that's a positive or a negative is for applicants to decide for themselves.
