The on-site work environment at this company is extremely dangerous and dirty. The company’s corporate culture is very unfriendly toward new employees. During their first three months, newcomers are treated worse than dogs. The company is afraid people might not know that you are new, so it requires newcomers to wear reflective vests, claiming that it is for your safety and therefore mandatory.
