Pros
The HR representative was kind and clearly explained the job requirements.
Cons
1. During the written test, employees of the company kept coming in and out of the office where the test was being held, disrupting the test.
2. The job posting indicated that no specific work experience or background was required, but HR only informed me during the on-site résumé screening that specific work experience and background were required, wasting both parties’ valuable time.
