1. Staff shortages, and overtime is the norm.
2. The salary is lower than that of other companies in the same industry, which is a major discrepancy from the high-salary recruitment advertised on job websites.
3. You apply for Position A, but after working for only a few months, you may be transferred to another department. (Most often, you end up in sales or supporting the food and beverage department.)
4. Due to staff shortages, regardless of which department you work in, you may be transferred to support the food and beverage department as a server about 3–4 times a month. Sometimes you have to arrive as early as 5:30 a.m., or work your regular shift in the morning and then provide support in the evening, resulting in more than ten hours of work in a single day!
In conclusion, the work environment is poor, the pay is low, and the duties are miscellaneous. Employees cannot stay for long, and even supervisors leave after only one or two months. Think carefully before joining this company.
