I was invited to a video interview by HR, and the experience was extremely poor. Unless you are a recent university graduate, I recommend not wasting your time.

During the interview, they give you several forms: one is an intelligence test, another is a very general personality test, and the last contains the company’s regulations. You can probably finish them in about 10 minutes, but the interviewer will take another 30 minutes to be ready (remember to bring something to pass the time).

During the interview, the interviewer may have been trying to establish authority. At the beginning of the video call, they were still walking around with the camera on (perhaps trying to show that the interviewer was very busy). The interviewer had a rather condescending tone and did not seem interested in learning more about the candidate, although they still introduced the business and salary structure. However, the people who would probably accept this are inexperienced newcomers who have never entered the workforce.
