1. Must be willing to travel to mainland China and indicate the extent of travel you can accept; this was not stated in the job posting.
2. Must be willing to work frequent overtime and indicate the extent of overtime you can accept during the interview (responsibility-based work system).
3. The interviewing manager and section chief were quite serious.
If you cannot accommodate business trips and overtime, and need to leave at 7–8 p.m. every day, you might as well not consider this position.
