Convenient transportation; the office environment is acceptable.

1. The interview takes at least two hours.

2. Each time, they make you wait anywhere from 40 to 75 minutes (which makes one question whether there are many internal problems).

3. The interviewers do not offer business cards or even briefly introduce themselves so the candidate knows who is conducting the interview (a lack of interview etiquette, which leaves a rather poor impression).

4. There are many rounds of interviews, but the questions asked in each round are all quite similar (so what is the point of having multiple interviews...?)

The following is my personal impression:

This so-called startup does not seem to know what kind of talent it is looking for. Perhaps it is simply using interviews to collect other people's experience while practicing its own interviewing skills. It considers itself a startup, yet the questions it asks are all rather binary~
