Serving water in a wine glass (?

Position interviewed for: Contract Manufacturing PM

The hiring manager conducting the interview was extremely unprofessional!!! During the interview, they kept picking at their own hands (super disgusting) and even used their phone to reply to messages on the spot. At the very beginning of the interview, they asked me in a very condescending tone why I had only stayed at my previous two jobs for a little over a year. I explained that my previous company had relatively few new projects, so I felt there was no room for development or challenge. They responded sarcastically, “Then what were your other colleagues doing? Did they have nothing to do either?” When asking about my previous work experience, I also felt that they were deliberately picking faults and sneering the whole time. It was really infuriating to encounter a manager who showed such disrespect toward an interviewee!!! Overall, it was a very unpleasant interview experience!
