Regarding your report that “伈創股份有限公司” failed to pay workers’ wages for September 2018 in accordance with regulations, the Labor Department responds as follows: Our investigation found that the aforementioned business indeed failed to pay wages for September 2018 in accordance with regulations, constituting a violation of Paragraph 2, Article 22 of the Labor Standards Act. Regarding the aforementioned violation, the Department will request that the business submit its statement in accordance with the law, after which it will proceed with the review of the administrative sanction.
