1. Violates the Labor Standards Act; after being inspected and caught, employees are required to clock in first and then return to work.
2. The working hours are unreasonably long, with no overtime pay.

6. The owner has a goldfish memory. The salary agreed upon during the interview does not match the actual amount paid; employees have to ask for it themselves to get the missing amount back. However, not a single one of the confidentiality agreements they ask you to sign upon resignation will be omitted.
