The interview location was fairly convenient
Received an interview invitation from the Digital Banking Department
At first, the sender did not specify which position the interview was for; they added it after I asked
On the day of the interview, the interviewer was more than 30 minutes late
On top of that, there was not even a glass of water available
After arriving, the interviewer enthusiastically introduced the company’s entire organizational structure
The interviewee had only gotten through a few pages of the prepared materials before being interrupted
The overall process was very casual, and I did not feel respected
