The second-generation owner is very talkative.
The second generation started an independent business producing faux-stone paint. The products are quite ordinary and can be made by anyone (resin + acrylic), so they want to build a brand. Since Taiwan does not have an agreement with ASEAN, they must set up a factory in Vietnam to avoid tariffs. As for the sales market, it is all in Southeast Asia. This position is for a production supervisor at the newly opened factory in Vietnam. The monthly salary is 40K, with 5K withheld each month and paid once every three months. Labor and health insurance are not provided. There are four trips back to Taiwan per year, with 28 days each time. Meals and accommodation are provided.
