It's just a terrible company.
There's a terrible frontend developer there who has been coding for 5–6 years and still can't integrate with an API.
The design is even more laughable; they think they know UI very well.
Then there are the incompetent managers.
A group of people who only know how to play mind games.
A company with an extremely high turnover rate
