The consultants talk a good game, making everything sound magnificent, but in fact, you can tell they are merely people with superficial knowledge pretending to be experts.

Even the database is quite bizarre: the table names are in Chinese. This was the first time I had ever seen that. The boss does not want to change it either; as long as it works, they use it. This very much reflects the atmosphere of the company: as long as it does not cause a major problem for the time being, they use it.
