The HR manager is like a lunatic, becoming hysterical and causing trouble for people at the slightest provocation. I only discovered upon resigning recently that none of the reported overtime hours had been included in my pay.

The company is poorly organized and inefficient, with severe conflict between departments—especially HR and Accounting. They argue loudly throughout the day, and no one is able to step in and stop them.

The boss is a second-generation heir who took over the business and is completely unable to control the people below him. They pay lip service while acting contrary to instructions, and slacking off or outsourcing work is commonplace. Every department takes responsibility-shifting to the extreme; by the end, several projects even had no one willing to admit they were responsible for the work.

If you want an environment where you can grow, sorry, you will not find it here. All you will find are company executives who exploit you once they discover what you can do.

If you want a stable environment, sorry, you will not find it here. All you will find are the boss’s sky-high performance targets and completely unreasonable demands.

If you want an environment with generous pay, sorry, you will not find it here. The boss can break their promise and refuse to pay the year-end bonus they promised. They can pressure you to sign an agreement to voluntarily exchange overtime pay for compensatory leave at a one-to-one rate. If you resign, HR may even pocket your overtime pay themselves.

I sincerely advise you not to come here—unless you want to drive yourself mad and waste your life.
