The company's interior looks nice, and lunch is provided.
Extremely disrespectful toward job applicants. I arrived on time but was told the manager was in a meeting and that I should wait patiently. When I finally went in for the interview, the manager immediately belittled me while elevating himself, even saying it was pathetic that the applicant did not know certain things. The manager's entire life revolves around work, and he told the applicant that if work was not the center of their life, then that was all their life amounted to. He seemed to think that family ties, romantic relationships, and family life were all unnecessary. I had to listen to the manager criticize me throughout. Later, another senior manager conducted the interview, but the manager directly told the senior manager, "We don't need this candidate; I have someone else scheduled to interview later." During the senior manager's interview, another employee interrupted by bringing in documents. The senior manager said to wait a moment and continued the interview, leaving the applicant waiting around. Finally, the manager said, "We still have other people to interview. Go home first and wait for our notification."
The manager seemed to think he was extremely impressive and showed absolutely no respect for the interviewee. His attitude and tone during the interview were condescending, and he had no sense of time. The company operates under a responsibility-based work system with no overtime pay; if someone cannot finish their work, they are expected to stay and help support others.
