During the interview, four engineers participated. They first briefly introduced the company and the identities of the four engineers, and explained the challenges the product is currently facing as well as its future development. Next, I introduced myself, and then both sides began exchanging views on technical matters.
This company seems to place considerable emphasis on personal qualities. During the interview, they discussed some questions related to values, such as future learning directions and strengths and weaknesses.
They also brought up issues mentioned on Tianyancha. I felt they were not actually as frightening as described there.
Overall, the experience was quite pleasant. They did not ask overly in-depth questions about unfamiliar technical areas or pose deliberately difficult questions.
There was a group of people enthusiastically discussing things at the large bar next to the meeting room, so it was quite noisy during the interview. I had to concentrate intensely to hear clearly what the other person was saying.
