If I had to name one, it would probably be that the company complies with the Labor Standards Act, so you don't have to worry about things like delayed salary payments.

The company's processes are very lengthy and slow. Even though I was referred for the interview by someone I knew and had already received a verbal offer, it took more than a full month just to go through the hiring and onboarding process—I'm not exaggerating!!!

The company's equipment is outdated, and the desktop computers crash extremely easily. Yet, because of information security concerns, you can't even use your own laptop at work!

The company's performance is poor: the online department is losing money, and the TV shopping department is also close to losing money, so don't expect any particularly good benefits!

On top of that, a bunch of old-timers who don't understand e-commerce occupy managerial positions, while many others have a civil-servant mentality and just coast along, waiting to collect their paychecks～

Because of all these factors, the atmosphere in the department is noticeably dull. Anyone who values their precious time in life should probably stay away!
