They proactively contacted me for a marketing consultant interview, but there was a huge amount of information to fill out. My 104 résumé already had all of it, yet they still wanted me to rewrite everything. Fine, I did that! Only after I finished did they say that my previous salary was high and that the position might not meet my expectations. The salaries from my previous jobs are clearly listed on my 104 résumé. If they already knew there was such a large gap between the position and my previous salary, why invite me to interview? Do they not consider other people’s time valuable? Also, although they claim to be an e-commerce company, this was probably the worst e-commerce work environment I’ve ever seen—the entire company felt extremely run-down.........

The person who interviewed me also didn’t seem to have much e-commerce experience. In short, it was an interview that completely wasted my time! Yet afterward, they actually emailed me again to invite me for another interview.....Ridiculous!!!
