The supervisor, whose surname is Pan, had a poor attitude and said directly, “It is the interviewee who is seeking a job, not the interviewee who is interviewing the company,” and “The interviewee should candidly disclose all past experience.” The questions asked were quite basic, yet the supervisor was highly skeptical of the interviewee’s past experience. During the interview, the supervisor also attempted to switch the interviewee to a different position, citing the discrepancy between the interviewee’s educational and professional background and the position applied for.
