Complies with the Labor Standards Act
That's it
People looking for jobs naturally hope to see some genuine reviews. After all, before setting foot in a company, apart from what you learn during the interview, all you can do is search online for reference. With that in mind, I’m sharing my four years of experience at this company for everyone’s reference.
First of all, because it is a large company, it absolutely follows the Labor Standards Act. It does not offer more than what the law requires, nor does it violate the law. There are no three-holiday bonuses, and there is one box of mooncakes for the Mid-Autumn Festival. The year-end bonus is determined based on the company’s operating conditions. Generally, the company only recruits recent graduates, but perhaps because fewer people are applying, it has slightly relaxed this requirement to accept people with previous work experience (so far this year, there has only been one person with one year of work experience). Indeed, for a recent graduate, the company’s starting salary is higher than that of the general industry. After three years, there is a promotion exam and a salary increase. Although many people consider this a good point, there is actually little room for advancement afterward... During my four-year career, I came to understand why the company only recruits recent graduates. Whenever anyone tried to raise an opinion, it was shut down without exception (based on my personal experience), because the company likes obedient, quiet employees. Many supervisors were promoted precisely because of this. Unfortunately, I was unlucky enough to encounter a supervisor who did not even understand the purpose of the company’s forms. Of course, there are also capable managers, but they can be counted on one hand. I guess I must have failed to do enough good deeds in my previous life and simply wasn’t lucky enough to work under one of them. The company provides lunch, which many people think is great, but I’m the kind of person who gets diarrhea three out of five days, so... I won’t comment further. The company may appear to have a large workforce, but in reality, there are not many people who can actually get things done and solve problems. The company’s business spans the globe, so being called in the middle of the night is standard, and being called during holidays is also expected. There is no one available to take turns.
That’s my personal experience, shared for everyone’s reference! I hope you all find a job that suits you!
