All the company-related information has already been shared by others, so the following is based on my personal work experience~

Because the boss wasn't there during the interview, I was interviewed by a supervisor. The starting salary was 28K, with a raise to be considered based on performance after passing the probationary period. The supervisor said: If you think you're capable enough, you can ask the boss for a raise yourself... ... (OS: What the hell)

Then, on your first day of work, they immediately give you a set of work rules and other miscellaneous things (I forgot what was written) and ask you to sign them. Among them are: You must not talk back to the boss and must be polite; if your performance is poor, the boss can ask you to leave at any time without having to pay severance, oh ^____<

After that, they'll start dumping a pile of things on you to revise back and forth, and have you coordinate proofs with the clients yourself. From what I observed, they probably let clients request as many revisions as they want, so be mentally prepared~ Oh right, there's no overtime pay; everything is under a responsibility-based system~ Hehe

The supervisor seems to have decent aesthetic sense, but when asking you to revise your designs, they can't offer any opinions and can only say things like, “This doesn't look good.” The level of completion is insufficient =口= If you consider yourself to have exceptionally strong aesthetic and design abilities, then go for it~

Finally, the boss seems pretty much like a stereotypical exploitative boss, believing that his own aesthetic sense is excellent. Since he's been in the industry for a long time, he thinks he has the ability to tell at a glance whether a design is good or bad~ Personally, that's how I feel, hehe

The office atmosphere feels very dull and lifeless. Combined with the issues above, I left pretty quickly~ XDD
