The training for new employees is very comprehensive
The base salary for AEs is too low....
Regarding the bonus structure, AEs receive almost no bonus when existing clients allocate additional advertising budgets (I'm not sure whether the system has changed now; I recommend that people planning to interview ask about this.)
In other words, you have to rely on newly acquired clients to make a living every month. Personally, I think this makes it difficult to build relationships with clients, and there is no basic income that increases the longer you work there!
The employee turnover rate is extremely high. Of 10 new hires, after about three months only half (or even fewer) remain; after a year, perhaps only one or two are left!
