I arranged a time for an interview, but the manager did not show up until I had waited 30 minutes. After arriving, the manager gave off the impression that employees were treated like slaves. This is a new department that is about to be established. Aside from the required salary, there are no additional benefits, and employees are expected to work even during typhoons and torrential rain.
You must write a daily work report every day and a weekly report each week. You are expected to work independently within three weeks; those who cannot usually end up resigning on their own.
