1. High turnover.
2. Department reorganizations, with employees finding out last—as if employees were idiots.
3. The management style of the person at the top, L, is basically living in their own world... and the salary and benefits are very poor...
4. Constant conflict between marketing and sales.
5. A company where the organizational structure changes every six months, yet there is no growth.
6. Sales salaries start at just over NT$30,000; marketing salaries are about the same, and design is too. So the salary level at this company is probably just like this.....
If you have experience, don't mistakenly join this company. If you don't want to leave quickly and end up with a blemish on your résumé, you'd better not come here....
If you have no experience, it can be a place to pad your résumé, but only if you believe you can last for more than a year; otherwise, don't bother.
