Upon arrival, you have to take a written test first. It takes a very long time to complete—at least three hours—and covers a huge amount of material. Only afterward do you get to interview. The interview is conducted by two interviewers with one candidate. The interview itself was okay, but the interviewers lied, saying that they would notify you whether you were hired or not. That was extremely deceptive and very disrespectful to the interviewee.
