The hierarchical system sets an especially large number of minimum requirements, causing many people to be unwilling to get promoted. This company is currently really problematic and definitely not a first choice. It may be suitable for those looking for an easy job until retirement because most of the employees there are currently at an older age level. Although they say otherwise, young people are often subjected to a bunch of unreasonable policies, pressured to resign, and maliciously dismissed. The attitude is arrogant, and there are reports filed every year. In cases of malicious dismissal, they may refuse to provide a certificate of involuntary separation (or deceive you about it). If you do not want a labor dispute, choose carefully before going.
