As an equipment engineer at this company, in principle I should only have to maintain equipment, but I also have to help sell anesthesia machines. The key point is that, for an anesthesia machine with a very high price, the salesperson gets less than NT$5,000 in commission (if you need to see the details, I really can provide them). Where does the rest of the money go? Of course, it goes straight into the boss’s pocket. This boss also came from a sales background and is really good at talking. Through this kind of exploitation, he squeezes the employees while replacing his Audi with a new car after only a short time. He is even afraid that people at the company will find out about the new car, so every time he goes out to eat, he parks far away.

Previously, I worked as an equipment engineer at X保公司, where the company absolutely never shorted us on overtime pay. But later, because the company stopped working with a major manufacturer, it was replaced by this lousy company, 淳靖藥品, as the agent, and I ended up at this dump. At 淳靖, there was no overtime pay at all. It was only after we negotiated with the boss for a very long time!! that he finally agreed to pay overtime!! But what he paid!! was extremely little!! As the saying goes, other people’s children don’t count as children: Boss 龔ＸＸ sends his own children overseas to study, and was even willing to spend money training his own niece when she came to work at 淳靖, while we merely work hard to make a living and ask for overtime pay, yet it is deducted here and there!

聚心 Co., Ltd. is simply a market he wanted to enter in the field of medical information. He did not dare or want to invest his own money, so he asked a supervisor he had previously met outside the company (Boss 黃) to put up the money. The software-engineer brothers at 聚心 are also pitiful. According to what they said, during interviews, 莊X立—the person who calls himself the boss—claimed that there would be project bonuses, but in reality there are none, and they also work overtime every day. Moreover, because 莊X立 is from southern Taiwan and travels to Taipei on business, when visiting clients he insists on staying at company employees’ residences.
