The environment in the new building is quite good. The pantry, restrooms, and offices are bright and comfortable.

1. It operates under a responsibility-based system. If your supervisor notices that your workload has become lighter, they will proactively assign you more tasks. In other words, your workload will not vary with the product development cycle—it will remain continuously overloaded.

2. Sometimes you may be required to work overtime until two or three in the morning. Working overtime past 9 p.m. on a regular basis is commonplace. If you do not clock in on time the next day, it will be recorded as tardiness and your pay will be docked.
