3. There is no training whatsoever. Although there is a seniority-based system, longtime employees deliberately teach incorrect information

4. The promotion and transfer system is opaque; parachuting people in is the best option at this company

5. Factional infighting is obvious at the company; if you take the wrong side after joining, you could be dismissed at any time

6. Constantly changing policies is this company's biggest characteristic

7. The company only looks at performance and ignores everything else
