The company environment is very stuffy, and just being there made me feel physically uncomfortable.

The interviewer did not show much respect for the job candidate. In the middle of the interview, they kept taking phone calls from time to time. After looking at the portfolio, they said the candidate’s technical skills were only half-baked. I think they said that to push the salary down. They only asked the candidate questions, without introducing the position or the company or giving the candidate a chance to ask questions, and then ended the interview.
