The interviewers were very kind and candid. This job is a place to cultivate blessings and wisdom. You get eight days off per month, annual leave, and need to support many events. Buddhists may find the work very fulfilling, but without strong religious faith to sustain you, you may not be able to stick with it. You also need your family’s understanding.
The working hours are really quite long. You work in the morning and need to support events in the evening, so you may be busy until 10 p.m. The lunch break is longer than at most companies, at two hours. When changing jobs in the future, other companies may view the experience gained in this job with a different perspective.
