First interview:
The manager was very easy to talk to and also carefully reviewed and analyzed my résumé. Basically, they were very receptive as long as you answered honestly.
This manager truly treats people with sincerity.
Second interview:
The more senior manager—honestly, perhaps the meeting was scheduled too early—asked somewhat vague questions, and at times their way of speaking was difficult to follow.
Overall impression:
It feels like a company with many years of experience and a somewhat collaborative, mutually supportive culture.
Even after two interviews, it was impossible to determine whether both sides had reached an agreement on the salary, which was truly unfortunate.
