All of my coworkers at the store are super nice.

The company is terrible, the benefits are terrible, and they keep cutting benefits. There is no overtime pay, yet we are made to work overtime. We even have to come in on days off without being able to clock in. Most of the senior managers and supervisors are fat cats who just tell frontline staff what to do. A single sentence from them can turn everything upside down. There is no vision for the future—it’s a job where you sell your time and effort. Customer complaints are supposedly the voice of angels. It’s truly disgusting.
