Messy environment

The meeting room had no air conditioning, the doors and windows were closed, and there was no water provided.

Made the interviewee wait too long.

I arrived about 15–20 minutes early and filled out a bunch of forms, including a personal background questionnaire, an English written test, and a personality test. It took me a little over 50 minutes to finish. After I handed everything to the receptionist, she told me to wait a moment, so I left the documents on her desk and returned to the meeting room to wait. After waiting for over 30 minutes, the supervisor still had not arrived, so I went out on my own. The receptionist kept saying, “Please wait a moment; the supervisor is still busy.” I told her, “Sorry, I have another interview later, so I need to leave first.”

If the supervisor was busy, shouldn’t they have proactively told the staff how much longer the interviewee would need to wait, instead of making the interviewee go out and ask? It showed complete disrespect for the interviewee’s time and made them wait around for nothing.
