Messy environment

The meeting room had no air conditioning, the doors and windows were closed, and there was no water provided.

Made the interviewee wait too long.

I arrived about 15–20 minutes early and filled out a pile of paperwork, including a background information form, an English written test, and a personality test. It took me a little over 50 minutes to finish. After I handed everything to the receptionist, she told me to wait a moment. I left the documents on her desk and returned to the meeting room to wait. After waiting for over 30 minutes and the supervisor still hadn't arrived, I went out on my own. The receptionist kept telling me to wait a moment, saying that the supervisor was still busy. I told her, “I'm sorry, but I have other interviews later, so I need to leave first.”

Since the supervisor was busy, shouldn't they have proactively told the staff downstairs how much longer the interviewee would need to wait, rather than making the interviewee go out and ask? This showed complete disrespect for the interviewee's time and made them wait for nothing.
