Pros
Meal allowance, a subsidiary of a well-known company
You don't have to be particularly capable to get in; just be honest.
Cons
People pass the buck around. The departments doing the passing have it easy, while the people being passed off to have to figure out how to deal with the mess. Unfortunately, I was in the department that got dumped on, mainly responsible for maintenance. Every day, all I could do was watch the office order afternoon tea and leave work promptly at 5 p.m.
