Applied for a graphic designer position but was told I would have to start as a junior designer
A monthly salary of 26,000
Overtime is considered an individual capability issue, so there is no overtime pay
It takes at least one year to be promoted (and promotion is not even guaranteed)
They repeatedly emphasized the three-month probation period but did not explain the difference between the probationary period and after probation
You only receive an annual bonus after completing one year of employment (it is not paid on a pro-rated basis)
