Basically, the company has hardly any advantages.
The manager is extremely short-sighted.
The performance evaluation system is absurd. Across the entire company, the ratio of involuntary departures is higher than that of voluntary resignations.
All you can say about the manager is that they joined the company earlier than others; in terms of ability, they are just occupying a position as a spacer.
For employees who leave involuntarily, HR pretends to kindly give you advice about your next job, but the real purpose is merely to eliminate the unreasonable aspects of this company.
The company requires employees to improve their capabilities and work quality, yet provides no comprehensive training resources.
The products designed have no aesthetic appeal; it feels like the attitude is simply that this is good enough.
The company’s air conditioning is extremely cold. While it is summer outside, indoors feels like winter, and you need to wear a jacket.
Even when you work hard, your manager does not recognize that you are being proactive.
