1. The company is divided into two types of people: those who leave work on time and those who work overtime until dawn.

2. The company does not prioritize the timeliness of customer needs. For example, if an assessment says a correction can be completed in three days, it almost always takes more than a month from receiving the request to release.

3. The RD team often works itself to the bone. Four or five people in one department may work overtime simultaneously, and finishing at 1 or 2 a.m. is considered early.

4. QA does not clearly understand the requirements and tests randomly. The tests often concern issues outside the original requirements, and they even get the key points wrong when asking questions.

5. The young managers make immature decisions, demonstrating problems with their capabilities.

6. The probationary evaluation judges whether an employee passes solely based on the questions answered in the test; their work ability and performance are treated as if they were completely irrelevant.

7. Managers often talk nonsense in the office.

8. The company claims to operate at a fast pace, but the staff cannot keep up, making execution quite slow.

9. The company says it has an app product, but after joining, you discover that the “app” is merely the web version formatted for display on a mobile phone, not a native app.
