Most colleagues are very easy to get along with.

1. Disorganized company structure:

The intention behind the company's organizational restructuring is good, but the restructuring plan lacks comprehensive consideration. The extent to which the company is simply taking things one step at a time is astonishing. After management communicated the initial plan, they did not promptly discuss the next steps, leaving frontline employees at a loss.

2. Employees taking on multiple roles:

To reduce personnel costs, the company does not fill vacancies. Current employees must take on additional work to keep the company operating. Anyone may end up simultaneously serving as a PM, purchaser, or salesperson, depending on the boss's mood when assigning work.

3. Work environment and atmosphere:

The boss often smokes inside their private office, forcing colleagues outside to be exposed to secondhand smoke. Not to mention that on multiple occasions, employees have heard the boss loudly berating staff in the private office, with no regard for whether such behavior affects office morale.

4. Reduced benefits:

The business-trip allowance was cut this year, monthly meetings are on the verge of becoming annual meetings, and there has not been even a trace of an employee trip.
