No advantages whatsoever
Although this was a staffing agency placement, did the interviewer at the group interview find the wrong person? Their attitude was unbelievably arrogant, and the company had a bunch of unequal terms and conditions:
Examples:
1. A NT$30,000 fine for harming the company’s image (what the hell, it’s not like I made that much money for you??)
2. Dismissal for smoking outside the designated areas (although I don’t have a smoking habit)
3. If you work for less than seven days, it is treated as volunteer work and no wages are paid
4. The compensation advertised by Wan X 人力仲介 was:
Day shift: 43,000+
Night shift: 51,000+
When I got to the site and saw the salary structure, I was almost furious.
Day shift: Night shift:
Base salary: 19,000 19,000
Allowance: 2,400 2,400
Performance: 1,000 1,000
Night shift bonus: 3,000 8,000
Overtime: 5,480 6,500
5. It takes 3–5 minutes to walk to the restaurant for meals. I don’t know whether this varies by department, but lunch breaks are only 30 minutes and dinner breaks only 35 minutes (11 hours of actual work, f***).
