The work environment is nice, and music is played (although it is somewhat moderately fast-paced light music).
The restroom is very clean!
The interviewer’s professionalism leaves considerable room for improvement:
1. After I completed the forms, I was left waiting for forty minutes (during that time, the receptionist came in to apologize and said the supervisor was in a meeting, but after waiting forty minutes, I was not even offered a glass of water). When the interviewer came in, they did not even apologize!
2. They immediately asked about the information on my résumé at the beginning, without even giving me a chance to introduce myself.
3. After asking all the questions they wanted to ask (strictly speaking, after criticizing my résumé), they immediately asked whether I had any questions, without providing any overview of the company or explanation of the position!
4. When I asked questions, they did not simply gloss over them; instead, they directly refused to respond, saying, “This is confidential company information, so we are unable to explain it to interviewees.”
