You can work on projects in many different commercial spaces across the industry. The company emphasizes design concepts, which helps you develop your design skills.
1. Although having a responsibility-based work system is common in the industry, the pay is not proportional to the work, which is a major point of criticism, especially considering the physical effort and time employees put in—even during the learning stage.
2. The director has poor emotional management when dealing with employees and vendors, especially when money is involved; the way these matters are handled is difficult to commend.
3. There is no effective training system, comfortable work environment, or systematic approach to design and site supervision… Basically, it is impossible to work here for long!
4. Even if employees occasionally dine together… it does nothing to improve work-related or overall quality of life… It is merely an illusion that employees are being treated well on the surface.
