The person who interviewed me was a man, but I didn't know what his position was. Even though he was in the room next door, he deliberately arrived 20 minutes late after we had agreed on a time. Once he sat down, he didn't introduce himself and instead asked me to start introducing the company. Then he asked whether I had any questions (if I can introduce the company, what questions would I still have?). When I asked a question, he said he couldn't answer it (then why the heck did you ask?). He also said the working hours were uncertain, and that it was possible to work from the morning until 3 a.m. (what wonderfully flexible hours). This also confirmed what the previous interviewees had said.
