The colleagues are all very organized and get along well.
The boss is basically Captain Tsubasa.
No matter what kind of problem comes up, big or small,
they kick first and talk later.
They have no sense of responsibility at all.
They deal with people and situations based on stereotypes and through tinted glasses.
They are extremely biased and completely unobjective.
They love preaching grand principles, yet do every kind of filthy, despicable thing themselves.
Whenever there is a problem, they can always find someone to shift the blame onto and make the scapegoat,
while putting on an attitude as if they have never done anything wrong.
However, when there is something to gain from, they certainly work hard to attach themselves to it.
Luckily, I left. What a relief.
