RD, if you’re in the right department, it should be a pretty good environment.

1. Respect for interviewees

The company didn’t even offer a glass of water to people who took the time and effort to come for an interview.

2. Rigid and old-fashioned

This was my first impression of the company. It requires applicants to submit a passport photo and print their own autobiography and résumé, yet still requires them to handwrite a résumé upon arrival (is there really a need for this?), wasting the interviewee’s time.

3. Astrology

The hiring team described the team’s common traits based on astrological signs. They might as well state in the job posting that applicants of certain zodiac signs are welcome.
