When I arrived at the office, no one paid any attention to me. I stood at the office entrance for a while before someone happened to enter the office and notice me. Before the interview, I had asked whether I needed to bring anything, and they said that I only needed to show up. However, I hadn't brought a pen, and the person who handed me a résumé form to fill out looked extremely surprised. I applied for a warehouse management position, yet they had a sales manager conduct the interview. Then, upon hearing that I was not using my professional certification, the interviewer started lecturing me, saying that they had also come from a vocational education background and that if I was no longer using the certification, I shouldn't mention it. They even said, “I don't mean to put you down.” There was absolutely no introduction to the job duties; they only kept asking, “Is there anything you'd like to ask?” They deliberately avoided giving direct answers to my questions. If they didn't know, they should have simply said so, instead of telling me that the matter was difficult and complicated, and that there was no point in explaining it before I joined the company; they would talk about it after I performed well on the job. At the end of the interview, they didn't say when I would be notified and simply asked me to leave. This was an extremely poor interview experience. The job posting on the employment website made it sound very positive, saying, “Write more in your self-introduction so we can get to know you better,” but in the end, they had an unrelated manager conduct the interview.
