None.
During the interview, they only said that I would need to ride my own scooter. It was only after I started that I found out there was no fuel reimbursement. If the scooter is parked in a designated parking space and a parking fee is charged, I have to pay it myself; if I temporarily park on a red line and receive a ticket, I have to bear that cost myself as well.
A detachable delivery box cannot be installed on the scooter, so the company suggests removing the tail wing and paying out of pocket to have a bracket installed at a motorcycle shop. Others have paid for their own delivery bags to hang on both sides of their scooters.
The company does not provide a phone, only a SIM card, so I have to pay out of pocket for an unlocked phone.
The company does not provide a small bag for carrying the equipment, printer, and loose change. I also have to spend my own money to prepare one.
At the beginning, new employees are not given uniforms. They are told that they can only apply for one after 21 days. Wearing your own clothes makes them easy to soil and wear out. The sleeves do not have pen pockets, which is inconvenient, and the pants do not have pockets on both sides for storing small tools needed for work. Otherwise, you have to spend your own money buying work pants!
Before I have even started earning money, I already have to spend a sum of my own money, ride my own scooter to make deliveries for the company, and pay for the fuel myself. Even though I am working for the company, if I get a ticket, I just have to swallow the cost myself. Is this reasonable? “Because our delivery bonus of 11 dollars is much higher than those of other companies in the same industry” is the only line they use to shut you up. Sure enough, the wool comes from the sheep’s back.
