Interviewed for a technician position

No notification if not hired

Passed all the tests

After interviewing with HR, they said they would give my résumé to the supervisor for review

They said they would call me today if I was hired

In that case, you might as well just tell me I wasn't hired.....

How was I supposed to know you would give my résumé to the supervisor for review?

They might have even forgotten

So there wasn't even any decision about whether I was hired or not....
